Insurance and Risk Management Department

Faculty Positions

At this time we are accepting applications for the 2010-2011 academic year.
 

The Insurance and Risk Management Department at the Wharton School is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at any level: Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor.   The Department has undergraduate and MBA programs specializing in risk management, and it also offers a PhD in Applied Economics.  Applicants must have a Ph.D. (expected completion by June 30, 2011 is acceptable), with a deep knowledge of and interest in economic and financial aspects of risk management.  Excellence in research and teaching are the primary criteria for this position.  The appointment is expected to begin July 1, 2010.
