The Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program is an eight-course curriculum covering the entire spectrum of total compensation. It has been designed to help individuals develop a comprehensive understanding of employee benefit and compensation principles and concepts.
Individuals who complete the CEBS program earn the professional designation Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, the most widely recognized and highly respected designation in the employee benefit and compensation field.
The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania co-sponsor the CEBS Program. The International Foundation is responsible for the overall administration of the program, and the Wharton School oversees the academic content and standards.
